I wanted to make an ask blog for Resident Monster but I’m not sure it would be good since I don’t get any asks about the story at all right now (especially since I’m deleting it off of Fanfiction.net and reposting on Livejournal). I’ll have to practice drawing punk!Arthur from my designs but I think sometimes I’ll text post as well. If not, should I post up what I have of the chapters onto tumblr? Anyone interested?
A/N: A request by angliachan for Gakuen Hetalia smut…and there’s a turning point in the story. I was having so much trouble with this it was rediculous. Hardly anything to show for it. If you haven’t already read my profile page the announcement is at the bottom of this segment.
Another monster themed song. This one has a darker and more uncontrollable feel to it and I think this side of Arthur comes out every once in a while, like when Arthur tackled Alfred to the ground. Almost like bipolarism, yet more of an urge than an chemical imbalance, Arthur needs to get out all of the tension that builds up when attempts to be “normal”.

They have a lot of rumors about this kid at school, Arthur Kirkland, if he even is a kid at all. I might’ve seen him once or twice and the guy is creepy – no, that’s not quite right – weird, maybe? He’s got this vibe that makes me shiver and feel like I’m backed into a corner. I’m not scared of him or anything, the guy’s practically a haunted house – he’s spooky – you can’t help but feel like you shouldn’t come near and disturb the air. Yet, your curiosity sometimes leads you to dive right in to see just how much that hunch was right. Everyone else should at least pray that you run fast enough if a monster should come out of the shadows.

Secondary Theme for Resident Monster
This song embodies some of the attitude and descriptions for Arthur’s character in the story. Although there are a few more songs that take on his darker side, this is a light-hearted as it gets for him. Being “a wolf” and having “evil eyes” describes him well in this.
As for Alfred this explains some things about his character, too. I don’t plan on going word-for-word with this song for the plot but, Alfred’s attraction to Arthur defies his instincts. He is fully unaware of just what Arthur is and what he can do, even if he’s got hair standing on his neck. Arthur makes comments in their normal conversation that hints at something dangerous but apparently it’s not enough for Alfred to connect the dots.

It’s got a nice groove to it and was what intially sparked the main premise of the plot:
Arthur is “spooky”, “not what [he] seem[s]” and Alfred eventually wants a peice of that.
